inCaseOfEmergency.tech is a data storage and retrieval system designed to assist pilots in making their medical and insurance information accessible to first responders via a QR code. The Service is not a medical provider and does not verify the accuracy of the data entered by users.

2. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, currency, and completeness of the content you upload (including medical conditions, emergency contacts, and insurance documents). We are not liable for any harm resulting from incorrect or outdated information provided by you.

3. Service Availability ("No Guarantee")

DISCLAIMER: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. In the event of a server outage, internet connectivity failure, or technical error during an emergency, we cannot be held liable for the inability to retrieve your data.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inCaseOfEmergency.tech and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of life, injury, or data, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Errors or inaccuracies in the content you provided.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of this platform, you agree to:

  • Keep your password secure and confidential.
  • Immediately notify us of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • Test your QR code periodically to ensure it is legible and functional.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
